このガイドラインは、株式会社soeasyの提供する動画投稿サービス「soeasy」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）において、登録ユーザーの方が動画を作成・投稿するにあたり遵守いただく事項を定めるものです。このガイドラインに記載されていない事項については、soeasy利用規約が適用されます。

1．基本的事項

「誰かの役に立つような動画」の投稿をお願いします

動画はスマートフォンを使って「縦向き」もしくは「スクエア」で撮影してください

撮影動画には、BGMや過度な字幕（テロップ）をつけないでください

動画の長さは5秒以上15秒以内でお願いします

説明だけではなく、動作・所作を動画で表現できる内容でご投稿ください。

モノや場所を紹介する場合は、使い方や筋道を立てられるような内容でお願いします。

（雰囲気だけを伝えるような動画の場合は掲載できません。）

公序良俗に反する内容の動画は禁止します。

2．投稿方法

1. スマートフォンで動画を撮る

2. soeasyサイトから会員登録をお願いします

3. 動画をアップロード

4. 審査を経て掲載完了です

3．動画作成・投稿にあたっての留意事項

公共の場で迷惑となるような撮影はお控えください。

撮影が許可されていない場所での撮影は禁止します。

その内容を他の人が真似したら危険なものは禁止します。

名誉毀損、著作権侵害その他第三者の権利を侵害する内容を含む動画表現、テキスト表現は禁止します。

他のメディアで公開されている動画の転載は禁止します。

肖像権の問題がありますので、本人の了承を得ていない人物が映り込むことがないようご留意ください。映り込んでいる場合は、本人が特定されないよう加工した上で投稿してください。

その他本サービスの利用規約における禁止行為に該当する動画の投稿はお控えください。

登録ユーザーが投稿した動画について、本サービスの事務局が利用規約の違反その他の理由により不適切と判断した場合は掲載されないことがあります。

その場合であっても、掲載拒否の理由についての連絡はいたしませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Welcome to soeasy!

Our aim is to expand our English ver. contents as much as possible.

To do so, we would like you to carefully read the following guidelines below.

“FUN hacks , WOW tricks and things that everyone wants to SHARE!”

* Use your/office cell phone camera

* Hold the camera(phone) vertically

* 1video runs 5-15sec

* Images that are not small ,blurred,out of focus or shaking camera.

* Background : not too dark or dirty.

* Must show the important point! Slowly provide instructions.

* Make sure you do not block the object you are showing with your hands and fingers.

* Don’t make any shadows by your hands or fingers.

* Show natural reaction to your hacks and tricks! [wow! Aha! Easy! soeasy !]

* avoid unpleasant words.[like F-word,S-word]

* Explain not only with words but also using reactions and gestures.

* If your video is an explanation of a thing or place, be sure to explain clearly, step by step. Create a red thread through the video.

(It can not be posted for movies that convey only the atmosphere.)

* We prohibit any video that can discriminate or, that shows content violating the law.

PLEASE check the boxes below. In order to pass our guide line you MUST have fully check each box!!

☑ Your hack feels original-with 3 original contents or ideas

☑ Consider the risk of danger/hazard/child proof or harmful.

☑ Does not contain any graphic /pornographic/discriminatory/dirty images

☑ Not against public rules

☑ Contain no sounds that are unrelated to the video[no BGM, natural environmental sounds can be acceptable but not too loud]

☑ No text ,subtitles, or captions are attached.

☑ Must shoot in vertical images! hold your phone camera vertically

☑ Does not contain individual opinions stances towards historical or political issues.

☑ Due to the issue regarding Portrait Rights (=the right to refuse to be photographed in public), please refrain from including anyone who does not agree to be photographed in your video. In case that person appears in your video, please make an adjustment before posting it so that he or she cannot be identified.
